The Restaurant & Bar Manager will assist the Director of Food & Beverage to administer the day-to-day operations of the restaurant at The Club by M in such a manner as to maximize revenues and minimize costs with particular attention to total guest satisfaction and subordinate welfare.

The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with guests, identify new markets and sales opportunities, and work closely with other departments to ensure that guest needs are met.
The role of the Sales Manager involves conducting analysis to evaluate current guest base and identifying changes/trends in the hotel industry. He /she is responsible to generate interest and bring in new business by selling of hotel products e.g. rooms, function rooms, food and other services available.
The Sales Coordinator will act as the point of contact for colleagues and customers, to keep track of schedules, provide feedback, documentation and information in order to facilitate team activity and work closely with the sales teams to maximize performance.
The Guest Service Assistant plays a vital role in providing a warm, friendly and memorable welcome to the guests, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout their stay.
The Telephone Operator manages the incoming and outgoing calls of the hotel, taking messages and ensuring it is relayed to the respective department or person in charge.
The Bell Services cum Doorman will work closely with the Front Office staff to provide excellent service for guests, ensuring a memorable and pleasant stay.
The Driver cum Bellman will work closely with the Front Office staff to provide excellent service for guests, ensuring a memorable and pleasant stay.
The Corporate Concierge for 1PowerHouse will work closely with the concierge of the Hotel’s Front Office to provide excellent services to corporate tenants at 1PowerHouse to ensure a secure and smooth registration when handling guests.
The Security Officer is responsible to protect the organization, assets, and the guests in the hotel building from any imminent danger or threat.
The Audiovisual Assistant is tasked with setting up, operating, maintaining, and repairing equipment used to enhance live events, such as microphones, video recorders, projectors, lighting, and sound mixing equipment. This is an important role in making the functions or events successful and memorable for the participants.
